I am a fifth-year Ph.D. student studying Public Policy at the Martin School, University of Kentucky. My research focuses on competition and collaboration in federal-local partnerships, homelessness, and public finance. I am writing my dissertation, Collaborative Competition in Homeless Services: Three Essays on Federal-Local Partnerships under the direction of Dr. Rajeev Darolia.
