In addition to teaching in an urban studies program in Florida, I am a research associate with the Center for the Future of Places, KTH, Stockholm, where I have taught the fundamentals of urbanism and urban design. Over the past 15 yearsI have developed a consulting practice related to planning and urban design, specifically techniques and processes of design-centered community engagement (i.e., charrettes).
